- Look for potential customers individual an who have a need for use Sea/Air freight, forwarding services, domestic, foreign freight or Agents/ Vendor wishing to cooperate in transporting goods.
- Quote & consult freight rates with customers.
- Receive customer feedback, ensure resolution of problems, arising related to customer complaints.
- Develop new customers, take care of old customers, ensure to achieve, assigned revenue targets.
- Implement periodical reports on weekly and monthly sales activities to relevant management levels for guidance and resolution.
- Reports on weekly/monthly to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or college, majoring in Import-Export, Foreign Economic Relations, Shipping, Customs, ... and related majors.
- Preference is given to candidates who having experience in shipping lines, forwarders, etc.
- Agile, hardworking, responsible, careful, meticulous.
